Bring to boil 500ml milk in a milk pan with ½ tsp turmeric powder, 1 star anise, a pinch of ground cinnamon and set honey (I used 1.5 tsp).
When the milk hits boiling point, lower heat and simmer for a few minutes to allow the star anise to release it's aroma. Remove from the heat and use a milk frother to create some froth.
Pour into a mug, sprinkle some ground cinnamon over the top and serve immediately.
